Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring bills are paid on time. Handle accounts receivable by invoicing clients and tracking payments.
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank statements, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved.
