Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and security procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service techniques to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor and evaluate staff interactions with customers to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Staff Management:
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed.
- Sales and Inventory Management:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and developing strategies to drive store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure that merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines and visual standards.
- Plan and implement promotional displays and signage to attract customers.
- Cash Handling:
- Oversee cash register operations, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Reconcile cash drawers and ensure accurate cash reporting.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention and security measures.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and review sales reports, financial statements, and other operational documents.
- Document and report any operational issues or incidents to upper management.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
