Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Leadership:
    • Supervise and lead restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
    • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to maintain a positive and efficient team.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    • Monitor service quality and take corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Operations Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
  5. Inventory and Ordering:
    • Oversee inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

    • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
    • Address staffing needs and unforeseen challenges as they arise.
  7. Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
